YOGA IN THE MORNING



- Early morning yoga is a great way to start your day. It gets you stimulated, gets the blood flowing, and helps balance you (mentally and emotionally) and gets you ready for your day.

- Early morning exercise may improve night-time sleep.

- Movement in the morning breaks up adhesions that develop between muscles overnight.

- After sleeping eight hours, we usually take a couple of hours to really get started in the mornings. Try yoga to shake the sleepiness away in just a few minutes: a little stretching and a few poses are a great way to start.

- Yoga is about helping clear, focus, and ultimately free your mind. A focused yoga routine can help organize your thoughts and help you from forgetting things.

- Start your day with some self love. It is believed by yoga practitioners that doing yoga is equivalent
to expressing love for your body which I believe is a very healthy state of mind to start your day.
